Dashmote is a start-up focusing on the next generation of data products powered by AI technology, with offices in Amsterdam (HQ) and Shanghai. We connect the offline and online worlds by decoding the digital footprint of locations, allowing our enterprise clients to understand the market and make smarter decisions.

Main responsibilities

• Product Ownership & Development

  • Work closely with the Application, Data Platform, and Data Sourcing teams to define and prioritize product features

  • Maintain a clear product roadmap and backlog, ensuring the team is aligned on priorities

  • Translate high-level product goals into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows

  • Ensure timely and high-quality product releases by removing roadblocks and aligning team efforts

  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure technical feasibility and scalability

  • Continuously refine and improve the product based on market needs, data insights, and user feedback

• Delivery & Client Onboarding

  • Act as a Delivery Lead to ensure that new clients are onboarded smoothly and receive value quickly

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, pain points, and expectations

  • Gather direct feedback from clients to refine the product and improve customer experience

  • Ensure that new feature releases are properly tested, deployed, and communicated to clients

  • Act as the point of contact between product development and customers, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution

Your background

• Product Ownership & Agile – Experience working in an Agile environment, managing product backlogs, and driving development cycles

• Cross-Team Collaboration – Ability to work closely with engineering, data, and operations teams to align product goals

• Client-Facing Experience – Strong ability to engage with clients, gather insights, and ensure smooth onboarding

• Delivery & Execution Focus – Strong project management and delivery skills to keep timelines on track and unblock teams when needed

• Excellent Communication – Clear, structured communication skills to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders

• Technical Understanding – Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, and application development (not coding, but understanding of technical concepts). Basic knowledge of Python and SQL is a huge plus

• Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to leverage analytics and user insights to make product decisions

• B2B SaaS Experience – Prior experience working with B2B data products, AI, or SaaS solutions
