Role description
As our People and Talent Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind a happy, high-performing team, ensuring smooth operations, fostering a strong company culture, and leading recruitment efforts. We are looking for a hands-on and proactive person with a passion for creating a positive and productive work environment.
Main responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent
- Build strong pipelines to attract top candidates that are aligned with Dashmote’s goals and values
- Ensure a seamless and welcoming onboarding process for new hires, setting them up for success

- Culture & Employee Engagement
Be a culture ambassador by promoting Dashmote’s values and fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment
Plan and execute team-building activities, company-wide events, and celebrations
Regularly gather employee feedback and implement initiatives to improve satisfaction and productivity
- Office & Operational Management
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace
- Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and service contracts to maintain functionality
- Handle the office budget and implement cost-effective solutions
- HR Processes & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with labor laws
Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems
Support employee well-being through proactive engagement and resolution of concerns
- Learning & Development
- Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and create learning opportunities for team members
- Oversee initiatives that drive employee growth and career development
Job requirements
Your background
You’re fluent in Dutch and English
You’re a people-centric leader with a passion for fostering great workplace environments
You have experience in HR, office management, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are second nature to you
You’re an excellent communicator and can navigate challenges with empathy and professionalism
Prior experience in recruitment or HR in a fast-paced environment is a plus
