We connect the offline and online worlds by decoding the digital footprint of locations, allowing our enterprise clients to understand the market and make smarter decisions.

Main responsibilities

  • Successfully onboarding clients into our solution and supporting clients in reaching their internal targets
  • Establish and oversee the client’s adoption, training, and development of best practices to continuously drive the customer's return on investment
  • Design and implement best practices for building long-term strategic relationships with our clients
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction through the use of our solution
  • Prepare and educate clients on new features and releases
  • Act as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement of our product and team

Job requirements

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-oriented role (CSM, Sales, Account Management, Consultancy)

  • Executive-level relationship management and fostering of strong relationships

  • Experience determining customer objectives and driving adoption & engagement for enterprise clients

  • Significant client management experience is strongly preferred

  • Relevant industry (SaaS) experience strongly preferred

  • Professional fluency in English and impeccable presentation skills

  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce is a plus

  • Based in Amsterdam
