We connect the offline and online worlds by decoding the digital footprint of locations, allowing our enterprise clients to understand the market and make smarter decisions.

Main responsibilities
- Successfully onboarding clients into our solution and supporting clients in reaching their internal targets
- Establish and oversee the client’s adoption, training, and development of best practices to continuously drive the customer's return on investment
- Design and implement best practices for building long-term strategic relationships with our clients
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction through the use of our solution
- Prepare and educate clients on new features and releases
- Act as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement of our product and team
Job requirements
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
1+ years of experience in a client-oriented role (CSM, Sales, Account Management, Consultancy)
Executive-level relationship management and fostering of strong relationships
Experience determining customer objectives and driving adoption & engagement for enterprise clients
Significant client management experience is strongly preferred
Relevant industry (SaaS) experience strongly preferred
Professional fluency in English and impeccable presentation skills
Experience with sales tools like Salesforce is a plus
