Role description

In this role, you will identify, qualify and proactively engage prospects. We're looking for a highly energetic self-starter with business development or sales experience to play a key role in the success of our commercial team. This is the first step in a successful commercial career at Dashmote.

Main responsibilities

  • Research and identify key prospects that fit our ideal customer profile using various channels and tools such as calls, emails, and LinkedIn

  • Proactively reach out to key targets and establish and manage a regular cadence of outreach efforts

  • Conduct initial qualification of leads by assessing their level of interest, details of their current solution/challenge, timeline, and decision authority to prioritize leads for further engagement for the sales organization

  • Pitch Dashmote solution during the discovery call and generate opportunities by qualifying outbound and inbound leads

  • Work closely together with AEs to progress opportunities and close deals

  • Conduct market research and help shape ideal customer profiles across new verticals & mid-market segment

Job requirements

Your background

  • 1-2 years of experience in BDR/SDR role
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing scale-up environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with a positive attitude and drive for success
  • Relevant industry experience (SaaS) preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional English fluency and impeccable presentation skills
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce is a plus
